Stephen Welch, Outfitter Stephen cut his teeth hunting mallards in the river bottoms of north east Texas in the early '90's. Since then his love for water fowling has grown to become a lifestyle. He enjoys chasing large concentrations of mallards throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. In the off season he can be found chasing crappie, working his dog, competition calling, or spending time with his family. Stephen graduated from SFA, in 2006, where he met his beautiful wife Julie. They are expecting their first child, Grady Douglas, during teal season this year. Stephen and Julie live in Paris, Texas where Stephen works in industrial sales and Julie teaches school. |

Tank, Bryan's dog Tank is a calm, well mannered male black lab. This year will be his third duck season. He is a duck retrieving machine. Aside from being a top notch duck dog he has a vertical that would rival Michael Jordan. Tank can jump flat footed over the closed tailgate of Bryan's lifted pick up truck...easily five foot high. |

June, Stephen's dog June is a one year old black lab female. She has been working really hard to be ready for this up coming duck season. June is very smart and has a huge drive. We are expecting her to be a natural duck hunter like her handler.
